Executive Retirement Preparation Training

The MultiIntegra Technology Group (MITG) Team served as one of the keynote speakers at the Executive Retirement Preparation Training organized by the Ministry of Finance. The event was held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Ballroom Lokantara and was attended by approximately 35 employees within the Ministry of Finance who are approaching their retirement period.

This program aimed to equip participants with comprehensive insights, mental readiness, and practical skills to navigate a new phase of life after their professional careers. Retirement is not merely the end of a career journey, but the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities.

On this occasion, the MITG Team delivered inspiring and practical sessions, presented directly by MITG CEO, Aloys Sutarto. With over two decades of experience as a professional and more than 21 years as an entrepreneur, he has successfully developed various business sectors, including engineering, system integration, ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solutions, hospitality HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Café), as well as office leasing, co-working spaces, and ballroom services.

Through a warm, engaging, and motivational delivery, he shared real-life experiences and practical strategies on how to build and grow a business from the ground up. His insights provided not only inspiration but also a fresh perspective for participants in preparing for their post-retirement journey.

The executive retirement preparation program was comprehensively designed to support participants in achieving a healthy, happy, and productive retirement. The key focus areas included mental switching (psychological readiness in adapting to new roles), maintaining physical and mental well-being, and structured entrepreneurship introduction.

Beyond theoretical learning, the sessions were conducted interactively through discussions, case studies, and Q&A sessions. This approach enabled participants to explore their potential, exchange experiences, and identify business opportunities aligned with their interests and capabilities. The participants’ enthusiasm was evident through their active engagement throughout the program.
