Wärtsilä, a global leader in smart technologies for the marine and energy sectors, has successfully delivered a state-of-the-art simulator complex to the Training and Education Office of the Indonesian National Police. This delivery marks a major milestone in enhancing the operational capabilities and training effectiveness of law enforcement personnel in Indonesia.

The simulator complex includes advanced engine room, bridge, and ship-handling simulators designed to provide realistic training scenarios. These systems are integrated into a fully immersive environment that replicates real-life operational conditions. The goal is to improve readiness and decision-making skills, enabling officers to better respond to maritime and operational challenges.

This project is part of Wärtsilä’s broader commitment to supporting safety, efficiency, and innovation in critical national sectors. With increasing complexity in operational environments, simulation-based training becomes essential to ensure personnel are well-prepared and capable of handling high-stakes situations with confidence.

The delivery was completed in close cooperation with the Indonesian authorities, and reflects a growing focus on using digital technology to support training transformation within government and security sectors.

As a company committed to innovation, Wärtsilä continues to work with global institutions and governments to implement advanced simulator technologies that align with real-world requirements. The Indonesian National Police now joins the list of global entities benefiting from this high-end training infrastructure.
