PT Panorama Graha Teknologi, a subsidiary of MultiIntegra Technology Group and one of Indonesia’s leading defense industry companies as well as a long-standing partner of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemhan RI), officially received the NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Certificate at the end of January 2024.
According to an official statement received by InfoPublik on Friday (February 23, 2024), the certificate was formally presented by Rear Admiral TNI Mochamad Taufiq Hidayat, Head of the Center for Codification at the Defense Facilities Agency (Kapuskod Baranahan) and Director of Indonesia’s National Codification Bureau (NCB), to Aloys Sutarto, President Commissioner of PT Panorama Graha Teknologi, in a ceremony held at the Ministry of Defense headquarters in Jakarta.
Rear Admiral Taufiq Hidayat stated that PT Panorama Graha Teknologi has been a partner of the Ministry of Defense since its founding in 1976. In 2020, the company was also officially designated as a “Defense Industry Entity” for defense and security equipment (Alpalhankam) products by the Directorate General of Defense Potential, Kemhan RI.
“With PT Panorama Graha Teknologi now registered as a NATO NCAGE member, the company will gain numerous benefits. Most notably, the codification process for its products will be ensured under the National Stock Number (NSN) system,” said the Kapuskod Baranahan.
He further explained that NSN serves as a standardized logistics identifier, streamlining the origin and identity of products to optimize logistical database management, avoid duplication, and enhance material interoperability, efficiency, and provisioning effectiveness.
“The application of the NSN system also facilitates the codification and global promotion of Indonesian defense industry products,” he added.
Aloys Sutarto, President Commissioner of PT Panorama Graha Teknologi, expressed his pride in receiving this significant recognition within the defense industry sector.
He emphasized the company’s continued commitment to enhancing the quality of its products and services to maximize potential both domestically and internationally.
“One of the steps we’ve taken to reach that vision is by registering with the NATO NCAGE system through the Ministry’s Codification Center,” said Aloys.
According to him, the company not only acts as a commercial entity, but also contributes to empowering Indonesia’s human resources in mastering and managing defense technologies — a crucial aspect of safeguarding national sovereignty in the digital era.
“We are truly honored to have been appointed as a recognized Defense Industry Company by the Directorate General of Defense Potential, and to be designated as a NATO NCAGE member by Kapuskod Baranahan, acting as the Director of Indonesia’s National Codification Bureau,” said Aloys Sutarto.
“We are committed to further advancing Indonesia’s defense industry to support the vision of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia: ‘To Realize a Resilient National Defense’,” he concluded.
