MultiIntegra Technology Group (MITG) has established a partnership with SMKN 2 Depok Yogyakarta to enhance the quality of human resources and produce graduates who are well-prepared for professional careers. Founded nearly 20 years ago by its founder Aloys Sutarto, MITG continues to invest in talent development as a core part of its growth.

Over the years, MITG has built a strong history of recruiting graduates from SMKN 2 (formerly known as STM Pembangunan Yogyakarta – STEMBAYO), who are widely recognized for their strong work ethic, resilience, team spirit, and above-average intelligence. MITG’s interest in STEMBAYO alumni traces back to Aloys Sutarto’s personal experience in the late 1980s, when he worked closely with STEMBAYO graduates. Although they held only high school diplomas, they demonstrated exceptional skills and toughness.

“When MITG was established, I had no hesitation in reaching out to the school to request alumni candidates for recruitment. Two were selected and are still working at MITG today with outstanding performance,” said Aloys Sutarto, CEO of MultiIntegra Technology Group, during a visit by SMKN 2 Depok representatives at the Integraha – Lokantara Ballroom in Jakarta, as shared in an official statement on Tuesday (August 27, 2024).

According to MITG’s release issued in Jakarta on August 26, 2024, the meeting resulted in plans to implement two key programs:

  • MITG Industrial Class, and

  • Character Development Program: "MultiIntegra Goes to School"

The concepts for these initiatives were developed internally through MITG’s Business Building Academy. Both programs aim to enhance technical competencies (hard skills) and interpersonal capabilities (soft skills) of students at SMKN 2 Depok Yogyakarta, preparing them to face the digital automation era and business transformation. The programs emphasize the importance of nurturing a creative, imaginative, and soft skill–driven workforce to meet modern industry demands, especially within MITG.

The partnership event was attended by the SMKN 2 Depok delegation, including:

  • Principal: Dodot Yuliantoro, S.Pd., M.T.

  • Vice Principal for Student Affairs: Agus Sugiarto, S.Pd., M.Eng.

  • Head of General Studies Program: Dra. Yuliana Sri Hartati

  • Vice Principal for Public Relations: Sulastri, S.Pd., M.Pd.

From the MITG side, in addition to Aloys Sutarto, the event was attended by Bagus Puguh, a Director at MITG and also a STEMBAYO alumnus, as well as nearly 50 other STEMBAYO alumni currently working at MITG.

Today, STEMBAYO graduates hold various key positions within the company, including Directors, Division Heads, and Managers. Interestingly, although most of them graduated from technical programs, only 18% are still working in purely technical roles, reflecting their adaptability and growth across diverse functions within the organization.
