Ernst & Young (EY), one of the world’s leading professional services organizations, has officially acquired the business and assets of PT Multiintegra Teknologi Digital Solusi and its subsidiary PT Kreatif Dinamika Integrasi, both part of Indonesia-based Multiintegra Technology Group (MITG).
This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in EY Indonesia’s ambition to expand its digital and technology consulting capabilities, particularly in the areas of system integration, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and AI-powered solutions.
As part of the acquisition, over 100 skilled technology professionals from MITG will join EY Indonesia. Their extensive expertise in software development, cloud services, command & control systems, and national-scale infrastructure projects will enhance EY’s ability to deliver impactful, end-to-end digital solutions—particularly for clients in the public sector and government.
The acquisition also reinforces EY’s commitment to supporting Indonesia’s national digital transformation agenda by investing in strong local capabilities and contributing to the development of a future-ready, digitally resilient nation.
This move not only strengthens EY’s presence in Indonesia but also aligns with its broader strategy to grow digital service offerings across Southeast Asia through partnerships with highly experienced local innovators.
